1. Overview
Our goal is to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible. This policy explains when items can be returned, how refunds are processed, and what fees may apply. If you have questions at any time, our support team is available to assist you.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must remain in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated through our support team before sending any items back.
Please do not send returned items to the address printed on the shipping package. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- OEM products
- Special order items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Onboard computers (OBC)
- Golf cart motors once they have been installed
3. Return Timeframe
Returns and refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the original purchase date.
If more than 45 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot guarantee eligibility for a full refund or exchange.
4. Restocking Fee
At One Nation Store, we always aim to deliver a positive customer experience. However, certain returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee is required by our product suppliers and helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and processing returned items.
Please note that this fee is not retained as profit by One Nation Store. It is applied strictly to offset the handling and processing expenses charged by our vendors.
5. Partial Refunds
In some situations, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund. This may occur if:
- The product is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped.
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by our error.
- The return request is made beyond the standard return window.
6. Refund Process
After your returned item arrives, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements.
You will then receive an email notifying you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our end, we will quickly ship the correct item and cover the return shipping costs.
If the product received matches the item originally ordered but you wish to return it, the following will apply:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
8. Return Instructions
Starting a Return
To begin a return request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team through email, phone, or chat.
- Our team will create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your request.
- Within 2–3 business days, you will receive instructions including the proper return address.
Important Shipping Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery time for replacement items may vary depending on location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. While we assist throughout the process, we cannot guarantee delivery of returned packages without tracking.
9. Price Match Guarantee
We are committed to providing competitive pricing.
If within 14 days of receiving your order you find the identical product (same SKU) available online at a lower price, One Nation Store will provide a store credit for the price difference.
To request a price match, simply send our support team the link to the verified product listing.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Orders Over $1000
Cancellations for orders exceeding $1000 may incur a payment processing fee of approximately 3%.
If the order was placed using financing options such as AfterPay, Affirm, or Klarna, the fee may increase to approximately 6%.
This fee reflects the transaction costs charged by payment processors and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders Under $1000
Orders under $1000 can be canceled without any payment processing fee, allowing for a full refund.
Submitting a cancellation request as early as possible increases the likelihood of stopping the order before processing begins.
