The aggressive 60% gear reduction is ideal for riders running 40 inch tires or larger, restoring lost torque while dramatically reducing stress on belts, axles, differentials, driveshafts, and transmission components.

60% Gear Reduction with Dual Idler Strength

High Lifter enhanced the portal box design by integrating a second idler gear inside the gearbox. This dual idler portal system spreads load across twice as many gear teeth, doubling the contact surface area and reducing stress by half.
