Installation Notes
- Each kit replaces one tie rod/rack end (left or right side).
- To replace both sides of the vehicle, order two kits.
- If installing any Polaris Ranger lift kit, the Amstar Pro Series Alignment Kit (PSAK-1) is recommended.
- The alignment kit upgrades the OEM 10mm bolt to a stronger 1/2” Grade 8 bolt to match the heavy-duty heim joint.
- A minimum 1” wheel spacer is required when using 12” wheels with alignment cones installed.
- Wide tires may require 1.5” or larger spacers for proper clearance at full steering lock.
