This system features a powerful 30% dual idler gear reduction that dramatically increases torque while reducing strain on belts, axles, differentials, driveshafts, and other drivetrain components. High Lifter improved the portal gearbox design by adding a second idler gear, allowing the load to be distributed across twice the number of gear teeth. This reduces stress by nearly half while delivering smoother and more reliable power transfer.
