This Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar 6″ lift kit increases ground clearance while maintaining factory ride quality and suspension geometry. The kit features some of the strongest control arms available, built using 1.5″ DOM steel tubing to provide exceptional durability and structural support during extreme riding conditions.

Heavy-Duty APEXX Max Clearance Control Arms

The system includes eight custom APEXX Max Clearance Control Arms crafted from 1.5″ x .120 wall DOM steel tubing. These control arms feature reinforced gussets and integrated shock mounts designed to handle the added stress of larger tires, lift kits, and aggressive riding.

The lower arms include adjustable bushing collars that help prevent premature wear commonly caused by larger tires, portals, or lift kits. When set to the factory position, the system allows up to 3/8″ camber adjustability in or out. Heat-treated and plated adjustable collars provide strength and durability while maintaining proper suspension alignment.

Outlaw DHT XL Axles Included

Every Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar 6″ lift kit includes four high-performance Outlaw DHT XL axles that are custom tuned for use with the APEXX lift system.
