If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 45 days of delivery.
All products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement when applicable.
⚠ Important Return Guidelines
Please keep the following in mind when requesting a return:
- Standard and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless a prepaid label is issued.
- Returns sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
- Some returns may be subject to restocking fees of up to 20%, depending on the product and vendor policies.
- Certain specialty or electronic items may not be eligible for return once installed or used.
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
For large freight shipments (LTL) such as oversized items or heavy equipment:
- Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.
To process a replacement or claim, we may request:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
- Assistance with basic troubleshooting when applicable
Once the return process is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
