Polaris RZR XP 1000 Lower Arched Radius Bar Kit
Upgrade your rear suspension with the Polaris RZR XP 1000 lower arched radius bar kit from High Lifter’s APEXX Suspension Line. Built for riders who demand strength, clearance, and better suspension control, this heavy-duty RZR XP 1000 Lower Arched Radius Bar Kit replaces weaker factory components with a stronger, adjustable, trail-ready upgrade.
High-Clearance APEXX Suspension Upgrade
This APEXX lower arched radius bar kit for Polaris RZR XP 1000 is crafted from extreme-duty 1.5″ x .188″ DOM steel, making it up to 50% larger than many stock radius bars. High Lifter added a second bend to increase the arch, giving your RZR approximately 1.75″ of additional ground clearance over the factory lower radius bar. That extra clearance helps protect your suspension links when riding through ruts, rocks, mud, and rough trail obstacles.

Compatibility / Applications
This Polaris RZR XP 1000 lower arched radius bar kit fits select 2014–2023 Polaris RZR XP 1000 and RZR XP 4 1000 models, along with select RZR XP Turbo and RZR RS1 applications. Why Choose This Polaris RZR XP 1000 Lower Arched Radius Bar Kit?
Factory lower radius bars can limit clearance and may not provide the strength needed for hard trail riding, mud, rocks, and high-speed terrain. This High Lifter APEXX kit improves suspension durability with DOM steel construction, spherical bearings, replaceable heim joints, and firmer polyurethane bushings. The result is a professional-grade suspension upgrade designed to reduce unwanted movement, improve rear-end stability, and keep your RZR ready for demanding rides.
Important 2017 Fitment Note: 2017 Polaris RZR XP 1000 models may use either 10mm or 12mm rear radius bar hardware. This kit does not fit units with 12mm factory bolts. To check, remove the center bolt holding the radius bar to the frame. A 15mm socket indicates 10mm hardware, while an 18mm socket indicates 12mm hardware.
Installation Note: Always check bearing and brake wear before installation. Replace worn parts before installing this lower radius bar kit to help ensure proper suspension performance.
